ANJEZA CIKOPANO was born and grown up in Tirana (Albania).
In 2001 she moved to Vienna (Austria) where she 2005 sucessfully graduated the Photography and audiovisual College at the die Graphische.
Since 2005 working as a freelance photographer.
Her works have been shown in various publications and in different exhibitions. The main focus of her work is always on people and their stories.
2004 - 2005 realizes the photo documentary project about the roma people living in Albania. The project was selected for the "Month of Photography 2006" Festival in Vienna, Austria.
2007 - 2008 realizes the photo documentary project „BREAD, SALT AND HEART“ about the Kanun customary law in northern Albania.
The project was supported by the BKA Kunst Austria and the European Cultural Foundation.
Anjeza currently lives near Vienna (Austria) and is available for assignments anywhere.
